INSTRUCTIONS: KANSAS APPLICATION FOR DEFERRAL OF REAL PROPERTY TAXES (Form PV-AD-80)

 

Kansas residents who are members of the military and deployed for six months or longer may file a PV-AD-80 to defer part or all of their real property taxes for up to two years. This document can be found on the website of the Kansas Department of Revenue.

Kansas Application For Deferral Of Real Property Taxes PV-AD-80 Step 11: Your tax statement will be mailed to you by the county treasurer on the date which you give for your estimated return unless you provide documentation of an extended deployment. You must make payment within 45 days or a penalty fee will be levied.
