Washington state businesses are required to file a local sales and use tax form in the county where they operate. This will be the case if you operate businesses in multiple counties. This form is found on the website of the Washington State Department of Revenue.

Washington Local Sales & Use Tax Addendum Step 1: At the top right-hand corner, enter the period for which you are filing.
