Oregon businesses with multiple locations which cannot file their state property returns by the due date may file a form 150-301-014 requesting a filing extension of up to one year. Reasons which are considered valid include the unavoidable absence of the person responsible for filing the form, fire or natural disaster which impedes the business, or you need additional time to assemble all of the information necessary to file an accurate return. This document will be filed by the state Property Tax Division. If you only have one business location, you can apply for an extension from your county assessor.
