INSTRUCTIONS: MICHIGAN 2012 PERSONAL PROPERTY STATEMENT (Form 632 (L-4175))

 

 

All Michigan businesses must submit an annual statement detailing all personal property used in the operation of their business. This form is found on the state's official website. This article discusses the form filed for 2012.

 

Michigan 2012 Personal Property Statement 632 (L-4175) Step 1: On the first page, give the name and address of the assessor processing this form and your name and address.
