INSTRUCTIONS: MARYLAND NONRESIDENT INCOME TAX RETURN (Form 505)

 

 

Nonresidents of Maryland who owe state income tax on wages earned there should file these using a form 505. This document can be obtained from the website of the comptroller of Maryland.

 

Maryland Nonresident Income Tax Return 505 Step 1: Enter your Social Security number and name, as well as that of your spouse if filing jointly.

 

Maryland Nonresident Income Tax Return 505 Step 2: Give your current street address, state, city and zip code.
