INSTRUCTIONS: 2011 KANSAS CORPORATION INCOME TAX (Form K-120)

 

Corporations based in Kansas can use a form K-120 to determine what they owe in income tax. This document is available on the website of the Kansas Department of Revenue.

 

2011 Kansas Corporation Income Tax K-120 Step 1: Before completing the first two pages, you should complete the rest of the document, which will help you perform calculations necessary for the first two pages. 

 

2011 Kansas Corporation Income Tax K-120 Step 2: Part I requires you to detail all refundable and nonrefundable credits.

 

2011 Kansas Corporation Income Tax K-120 Step 3: Part II asks for additional information about tax returns relating to your business.
