INSTRUCTIONS: ARKANSAS INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURN NONRESIDENT AND PART YEAR RESIDENT 2011 (Form AR1000NR)

 

 

To file income tax with the state of Arkansas, nonresidents and part year residents should complete a form AR1000NR. This document can be obtained from the website of the state's Department of Finance And Administration.

 

Arkansas Individual Income Tax Return Nonresident And Part Year Resident 2011 AR1000NR Step 1: Give your name, mailing address and Social Security number in the first section. If filing jointly with a spouse, give their name and Social Security number as well.

 

Arkansas Individual Income Tax Return Nonresident And Part Year Resident 2011 AR1000NR Step 2: If a nonresident filing taxes in the state, enter your state of residence. If a part year resident, give the dates you lived in the state. You must attach a copy of your federal return.
