INSTRUCTIONS: CONNECTICUT NOTICE OF JUDGMENT AND ORDER FOR WEEKLY PAYMENTS (Form JD-CV-50)

 

 

In a Connecticut case involving creditors and debtors, a form JD-CV-50 is used to render judgment and order the defendant to make weekly payments. This document can be found on the website of the Connecticut Judicial Branch.

Connecticut state document JC-CV-104 outlines the procedures under which a uniform foreclosure is to take place. This document can be found on the website maintained by the Connecticut Judicial Branch.

 

Connecticut Uniform Foreclosure Standing Orders JC-CV-104 Step 1: Paragraph A concerns efiling, which became mandatory in all foreclosure matters as of September 1, 2009. This paragraph also outlines the documents which are necessary to obtain a Judgment of Foreclosure.

 

Connecticut Uniform Foreclosure Standing Orders JC-CV-104 Step 2: Paragraph B concerns form JC-CV-103, a notification which states "You Are Being Sued and You Are In Danger Of Losing Your Property." This document must be attached to the top of any summons and complaint filed in a residential foreclosure action.
