INSTRUCTIONS: HAWAII COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE (Form 1F-P-163)

To initiate the divorce process in Hawaii, one spouse must fill out a complaint for divorce. This form 1F-P-163 can be found on the website of the state of Hawaii.

Hawaii Complaint For Divorce 1F-P-163 Step 1: Enter your full name in the space for the plaintiff, and your spouse's name in the slot for the defendant.

Hawaii Complaint For Divorce 1F-P-163 Step 2: On the right, indicate whether you or an attorney is completing this form. Include the full name, address and a phone number for the person completing the document.
