INSTRUCTIONS: NEVADA COMPLAINT FOR ANNULMENT (Form D-11)
In Nevada, either spouse may file a complaint for annulment if they were married while intoxicated or otherwise while unable to give informed consent, if one party is insane, if one party engaged in fraud and provided a dishonest basis for the marriage, if bigamy is discovered, and under several other circumstances. Nevada Complaint For Annulment D-11 Step 1: The first document in this package is a cover sheet summarizing your case that will be submitted with your complaint.
