INSTRUCTIONS: WASHINGTON D.C. ORDER APPOINTING VISITOR
The form discussed in this article is issued by a Washington D.C. court to appoint a visitor in a probate case concerning a subject of a guardianship or conservatorship. This document can be obtained from the website of the District of Columbia Courts.
Washington D.C. Order Appointing Visitor Step 1: On the first blank line, enter the name of the adult who is the subject of the case.
Washington D.C. Order Appointing Visitor Step 2: On the next blank line, enter the date on which the petition to appoint a visitor was filed.
