Massachusetts divorces which include questions about payment of alimony, lawyer's fees or child support will require both parties to file a CJD301S (if earning less than $75,000 annually) or a CJD301L (if earning $75,000 or more annually). Additionally, if you derive any income from rental income from property you own, you must submit a Massachusetts Financial Statement Schedule B. This Form CJD301B can be obtained from the website of the Massachusetts Court System.

Specify any expenses which are not listed.

Massachusetts Financial Statement Schedule B CJD301B Step 5: Subtract the expenses from your rent. Divide the result by 52. This is your weekly rental income. Enter this number where indicated.
