INSTRUCTIONS: WASHINGTON D.C. NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUBSEQUENT PETITION

 

 

The form discussed in this article is used to give notice of a hearing on a subsequent petition in a Washington D.C. probate case. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the District of Columbia Courts system.
