INSTRUCTIONS: FLORIDA PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE WITH NO DEPENDENT OR MINOR CHILD(REN) OR PROPERTY (Form 12.901(b)(3))

When a Florida husband or wife wishes to divorce their spouse without seeking alimony and there are no children or joint property, a petition for dissolution of marriage with no dependent or minor child(ren) or property can be filed. This form 12.901(b)(3) must be served upon your spouse, either by mail or in person, for the divorce process can proceed.

Florida Petition For Dissolution Of Marriage With No Dependent Or Minor Child(ren) Or Property Step 1: Enter both spouses' names, as well as the county and district number of your family court.
