Arkansas custodial parents who have not been paid part or all of court-ordered child support payments can use the request form discussed in this article to request enforcement assistance from the Office of Child Support Enforcement. This document can be obtained as part of a packet on the website maintained by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

Arkansas Request For Child Support Services Step 3: The actual request form begins on the twelfth page. The first page requires you to document all children for whom you are seeking services. In the first column, enter the name of each child.
