Arkansas custodial parents whose children are enrolled in the state ARKids 1st Step program may file the application discussed in this article if they have not been fully paid court-ordered child support. This document can be obtained from the website of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration as part of a larger packet containing instructions. Arkansas Application For Child Support Services For Children Receiving ARKids 1st Step 1: The first page of the application requires you to provide information about your children. In the first column of the table provided, enter their names.
