Divorcing couples in Maricopa County who do not have children should file a form DRDA10F to initiate the separation process. This form can be obtained from the website of Maricopa County's Superior Court and is for completion by one person (the petitioner) against their spouse (the respondent).
Maricopa County Petition For Dissolution Of Marriage (Divorce) Without Minor Children DRDA10F Step 1: In section 1, enter your name, address, job title, full address and how long you have lived in Arizona. You or your spouse must have been a resident for at least 90 days.
