INSTRUCTIONS: TENNESSEE APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (NONPROFIT) (Form SS-4432)
In order to incorporate a nonprofit company in the state of Tennessee, you must file an application with the secretary of state. This form SS-4423 is available on the official website of the state of Tennessee. A filing fee of $100 must be submitted along with your application.
