INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA INCOME AND EXPENSE – HOTEL/MOTEL/RESORT SUPPLEMENT (Form 82300-3)

 

 

When disputing an Arizona property valuation made on an income basis, a form 82300 stating income and expenses for the last three years is filed. A form 82300-3 is filed as a supplement if the property in question is a hotel, motel or resort. Both documents can be obtained from the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.

 

Arizona Income And Expense – Hotel/Motel/Resort Supplement 82300-3 Step 1: Enter the name of the property.

 

Arizona Income And Expense – Hotel/Motel/Resort Supplement 82300-3 Step 2: Enter the county, book, map and parcel number of the property.

Connecticut Foreclosure By Sale Fact Sheet – Notice To Bidders JD-CV-80 Step 10: In the next paragraph, provide all information relevant to the sale.

 

Connecticut Foreclosure By Sale Fact Sheet – Notice To Bidders JD-CV-80 Step 11: Enter the required amount of the deposit to be eligible to bid where indicated.

 

Connecticut Foreclosure By Sale Fact Sheet – Notice To Bidders JD-CV-80 Step 12: Provide all information concerning taxes due, water and sewage use charges, and building and zoning regulations in sections A through C. Enter the name of the committee for the sale on the second page where indicated.

INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA AFFIDAVIT OF PROPERTY VALUE (Form 82162)

 

 

Arizona buyers and sellers of real property or their agents are required to complete an affidavit of property value. This form 82162 can be found on the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.

 

Arizona Affidavit Of Property Value 82162 Step 1: Section 1 requires you to provide the assessor's parcel identification numbers.

 

Arizona Affidavit Of Property Value 82162 Step 2: Section 2 requires you to provide the seller's name and address.
