INSTRUCTIONS: CLARKE COUNTY MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION

 

Before a wedding can take place in Clarke County, Georgia, a marriage license must be completed. The application for a marriage license can be downloaded from the official website of the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government. The application must be completed in handwritten, printed blank ink or typed.

 

Clarke County Marriage License Application Step 1: Both the bride and groom must fill out the application. The groom's side of the application is the left column.

 

Clarke County Marriage License Application Step 2: The groom should enter their full name at the top of the page in the first box where indicated.

 

Clarke County Marriage License Application Step 3: The groom should enter their birthdate in numerical form (MM/DD/YYYY), the state where they were born and their race.

INSTRUCTIONS: APPLICATION FOR CERTIFIED COPY OF KANSAS MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (Form VS-237)

Anyone who needs a copy of a marriage certificate in the state of Kansas may submit an application through the mail. A copy of the Application for Certified Copy of Kansas Marriage Certificate (Form VS-237) can be obtained from the official website of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. This document can be mailed in, submitted in person at the Topeka location of the Bureau of Vital Statistics, or submitted over their official website.

INSTRUCTIONS: GLYNN COUNTY APPLICATION FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE

Citizens of Glynn County, Georgia must obtain a marriage license from the local probate court before a ceremony can be held. The document can be obtained in advance from the official court of Glynn County or in person at the probate court. The application must be submitted in person for processing, though payment can be submitted online in advance.
