INSTRUCTIONS: NOTIFICATION OF ARIZONA RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY (Form 82901)
 
Owners of Arizona residential property used solely for leased or rented property for residential purchases are required to document this property with a form 82901 on a basis to be determined by their county's assessor. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue.
 
Notification Of Arizona Residential Property 82901 Step 1: Enter the name of the county where the property is located.
 
Notification Of Arizona Residential Property 82901 Step 2: Indicate with a check mark whether the property is a single family residence, multiple family residence, mobile home, or mobile home/RV space.
 
Notification Of Arizona Residential Property 82901 Step 3: Enter the address of the property, including the city, state and zip code.

INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA INCOME AND EXPENSE – MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSE SUPPLEMENT (Form 82300-6)
 
In cases where the owner disputes the assessment of Arizona property on the basis that the valuation method has been improperly used, an affidavit of income and expenses must be filed via a form 82300. If the property in question is a mini-storage warehouse, a supplemental form 82300-6 should be filed as well. Both documents can be found on the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue.
 
Arizona Income And Expense – Mini-Storage Warehouse Supplement 82300-6 Step 1: On the first line, enter the property name.
 
Arizona Income And Expense – Mini-Storage Warehouse Supplement 82300-6 Step 2: On the second line, give the county/book/map/parcel number of the mini-storage warehouse. If this property is part of an economic unit, give the number of the lead parcel.
 
Arizona Income And Expense – Mini-Storage Warehouse Supplement 82300-6 Step 3: On the third line, enter the total number of units, the total number of RV/boat spaces, and the total number of other spaces. For the latter, give a description.

When an Arizona taxpayer believes that a tax officer has made an error in the assessment of your property, they can file a document requesting correction using form 82179B. This document can be obtained from the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.
 
Arizona Taxpayer Claim Of Notice – Real Property 82179B Step 1: Indicate with a check mark whether you are filing this document with the county assessor based on valuation or classification, with the department of revenue based on valuation or classification, or the county board of supervisors based on error of tax rate.
