An Arizona corporation, community association or homeowner's association may request that parcel combinations in the same tax district be consolidated by filing a form 82354. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue, on the section reserved for documents related to property taxes. Note that submission of this request is a one-time event. Print or type all answers.

Arizona taxpayers filing a notice of claim on more than one parcel of real property whose value they believe to have been incorrectly should file a form 82179B to document the primary parcel and a form 82179BB to document all supplementary parcels.

INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA INCOME AND EXPENSE – INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING/DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE SUPPLEMENT (Form 82300-7)

 

 

As part of the process of petitioning an Arizona property tax assessment based on the income approach to value, a form 82300 affidavit concerning income and expense data related to the property for the last three years should be filed. A form 82300-7 is a supplemental form that should be filed if the property in question is an industrial park, manufacturing warehouse or distribution warehouse. Both forms can be found on the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.

 

Arizona Income And Expense – Industrial/Manufacturing/Distribution Warehouse Supplement 82300-7 Step 1: Indicate with a check mark whether the property is an industrial park, manufacturing warehouse or distribution warehouse.

Taxpayers who have filed a notice of claim disputing assessment of Arizona real property who are not satisfied with their assessor's decision may file a petition for a review from the county board of equalization (except for residents of Maricopa or Pima counties, who should file with the State Board of Equalization). This form 82179C-1 should be filed within 150 days of the filing date of the original claim.
