INSTRUCTIONS: NORTH DAKOTA REQUEST FOR COPIES OF TAX RETURNS (Form 28249)
Individual North Dakota taxpayers may request a copy of their filed tax returns with a form 28249. This form is found on the website of the state of North Dakota and is processed by that state's State Tax Commissioner's office.
