INSTRUCTIONS: MONTANA PROOF OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION 

 

 

The form discussed in this article is filed by the personal representative of a Montana estate to certify that they have published a notice regarding probation of the estate in the periodical appropriate to their case. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the Montana courts system.

 

Montana Proof Of Service By Publication Step 1: On the first blank line, enter your name.

Montana Proof Of Service By Publication Step 13: This form must be filed along with the Affidavit of Publication, which must be completed by the newspaper in which notice was filed. The Affidavit can also be obtained from the website maintained by the Montana Courts system. The notice should be published at least once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in each county involved in the case. Should there be no newspaper in a county involved, publication in the newspaper of an adjacent county is acceptable.
