This line also states that there is no pending petition of an interested person and at least 63 days have passed since the court notified the personal representative and interested persons of the court's intention to close estate administration and terminate the personal representative's authority.
Michigan Memorandum Of Administrative Closing PC 599 Step 5: Check the box on line 3 if notice of hearing was given to or waived by the interested persons upon a petition of the conservator to administratively close the estate and the court finds good cause to close the estate.

Michigan Memorandum Of Administrative Closing PC 599 Step 7: Check the box on line 4b if estate administration is closed and the personal representative's authority is terminated.
