INSTRUCTIONS: WISCONSIN PETITION WITHOUT MINOR CHILDREN (Form FA-4109)

In Wisconsin, you may represent yourself in all divorces against or legal separations from your spouse. This article discusses the petition that is filed against your spouse in cases where there are no minor children. This form FA-4109 is available on the website of the Wisconsin Court System.

Wisconsin Petition Without Minor Children FA-4109 Step 1: At the top of the first page, enter the name of the county in which you are filing for divorce. Write your full name and address in the section reserved for the petitioner, and provide the same information concerning your spouse in the spaced designated for the respondent.
