When a creditor plaintiff in a Connecticut case believes assets will dissolved before foreclosure or related lawsuits are resolved, they may seek a pre-judgment remedy to secure the amount of the assets they believe will otherwise not be accessible. This is done by filing a form JD-CV-55. This document can be obtained from the website of the Connecticut Judicial Branch.
