PS-020 To Report Child Abuse or Neglect 24 Hours 7 Days a Week

 

INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA TO REPORT CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT (Form PS-020)

 

 

Form PS-020 is an instructional document concerning how to report child abuse or neglect in Arizona. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
