The form discussed in this article is used to give notice to creditors of administration of a California estate. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the California Judicial Branch.
California Notice Of Administration To Creditors DE-157 Step 1: On the first blank line, enter the name of the decedent.
California Notice Of Administration To Creditors DE-157 Step 2: On line 1, enter the name, address and telephone number of the personal representative of the estate, as well as the name of the decedent.
