INSTRUCTIONS: ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION CORP 41
Before a corporation files these drafted articles, they need to make sure the requested name is available within the state. Call (573) 751-4153 to check the availability, or check online under the Secretary of State.

Provide the requested name of the corporation in Article I. Make sure the name of the corporation meets requirements under state law.

State the name and address of the registered agent in Article II. A qualified registered agent is an individual or corporation with a street address in the state. Provide a street address. A PO Box address is optional.

If the total number of authorized shares does not exceed 30,000 or the par value does not exceed $30,000, check the box in the first section of Article III.
