INSTRUCTIONS: ARKANSAS SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE (Form ST391)

 

When a purchaser makes a purchase in Arkansas which is exempt from state sales and use tax, they should file a form ST391 certifying the exempt nature of this transaction with the seller. This document can be found on the website of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

 

Arkansas Sales And Use Tax Exemption Certificate ST391 Step 1: In the first blank, give the sales and use tax permit number of the purchasing business on whose behalf you are completing this form.
