To close Arkansas tax accounts upon the sale or closure of your business, you may file a form AR-20. This document can be obtained from the website maintained by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
Arkansas Sale Or Closure Of Business AR-20 Step 1: Section 1 concerns the taxpayer filing. Enter your legal name on the first blank line and your "doing business as" (DBA) name on the second blank line.

Arkansas Sale Or Closure Of Business AR-20 Step 7: Indicate with a check mark whether you are sold your business, discontinued operations, ceased tax collection, or had an ownership change.
