To request a review of the valuation of Arizona residential property, use a form 82130R. This document can be obtained from the website of the Arizona Department of Revenue.
Arizona Residential Petition For Review Of Valuation 82130R Step 1: At the top left hand corner of the form, enter the tax year for which you are filing.
Arizona Residential Petition For Review Of Valuation 82130R Step 2: On line 1, enter the date filed, the county, and the book number, map number and parcel number of the property in question.
Arizona Residential Petition For Review Of Valuation 82130R Step 3: If the property is rented to someone other than a family member, check the box on line 2A.
