Washington D.C. Notice Of Hearing On Subsequent Petition Step 1: On the first blank line, enter the name of the adult who is the subject of the case.

Washington D.C. Notice Of Hearing On Subsequent Petition Step 5: Circle "a.m." or "p.m." as applicable to indicate during which the hearing will take place.

A copy of the response must be sent to all people whose names below are entered under "copies to."
