INSTRUCTIONS: NEBRASKA INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURN (Form 1040N) Nebraska residents, part-year residents and non-residents can use a form 1040N to file their state income tax owed. The document can be obtained from the website of the Nebraska Department of Revenue. Nebraska Individual Income Tax Return 1040N Step 1: Give your first name, middle initial and last name, as well as that of your spouse if filing jointly.
