INSTRUCTIONS: MONTANA PETITION FOR INVALIDITY OF MARRIAGE

A Montana Petition For Invalidity Of Marriage can be filed by either spouse if they can demonstrate circumstances making their marriage illegal. This document is available on the Montana Courts subsection of the state's official website and is for completion by petitioners who are representing themselves.

Montana Petition For Invalidity Of Marriage Step 1: Enter your name, address and telephone number at the top of the first page, as well as the number and county of the court processing your case.

Montana Petition For Invalidity Of Marriage Step 2: Enter your name and that of your spouse next to Petitioner and Respondent, respectively.
