INSTRUCTIONS: MINNESOTA PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE WITH CHILDREN (Form DIV802)

To initiate a divorce in Minnesota in a marriage with children, you may file a petition for dissolution of marriage. This document does not require an attorney to complete and can be obtained from the website of the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
