INSTRUCTIONS: COLORADO INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX RETURN (Form 104) Those who owe tax to the state of Colorado file using a form 104. This document is found on the website of the state of Colorado. Colorado Individual Income Tax Return 104 Step 1: Indicate with a check mark whether you are filing as a full-year resident, a part-year resident or non-resident, or if you were abroad on the due date of the return. If you are not filing on a calendar year basis, enter your fiscal year dates. Colorado Individual Income Tax Return 104 Step 2: Give your name and Social Security number. Those filing jointly should provide the same information for their spouse. Indicate with a check mark whether either party is deceased.
