INSTRUCTIONS: COLORADO WORKSHEET B – CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATION: SHARED PHYSICAL CARE (Form JDF-1821M)
In Colorado child support and custody cases, you may be required to complete a worksheet determining how much child support you are obligated to pay. This Form JDF-1821 M is available on the website of the Colorado Judicial Branch and is for completion in cases involving joint custody of a minor child.
Colorado Worksheet B – Child Support Obligation Shared Physical Care JDF-1821M Step 1: At the top of the page, indicate whether you are appearing in district court or Denver Juvenile Court. Note the names of both parties and indicate whether your case concerns a marriage or just parental responsibilities. Enter your case number, the district where you are appearing and the courtroom.
